Request for Mediation

A party who intends to commence a mediation proceeding shall submit to the Registrar a duly filled request for mediation form,

The request for mediation form should be sent to the Registrar, Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration through either delivery or postage of the Request at the Centre’s physical office at 8^th Floor Cooperative Bank House, Haile Selassie Avenue P.O Box 548 – 00200 Nairobi, Kenya
