David Njuguna Njoroge

David Njuguna Njoroge, FCIArb is a holder of a Bachelors of Law LL.B from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of Ten Years Standing. He is an ADR practitioner, MAC Accredited Mediator and an Arbitrator of Fellow status (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
David is a Member of the State Corporations Appeals Tribunal. He is also a Member of the National Steering Committee for the Formulation of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Policy appointed by the AG.
David is the Senior Partner at Njuguna & Njuguna Co. Advocates where he heads the Dispute Resolution Department. He is an Approved Tutor of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a prequalified ADR Tutor at NCIA.
David is a former Council Member of the Law Society of Kenya 2018-2020 and 2016-2018; In November 2016, he was elected as one of the three Kenyan Council Members of the East Africa Law Society 2016-2018.
