Linda Mwihaki Nginya is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, with over 10 years of experience in the Legal field. She is the Managing Partner of L.Mwihaki & Associates Advocates, which is based in Westlands, Nairobi. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She also has a Diploma in Criminology and Social Order, from the University of Nairobi .
She has worked as an Advocate in the NGO field, Government and now in private practice. She is also a Construction Adjudicator, Certified Mediator and Mediation Tutor with CIARB Kenya. She is also a Court Annexed Mediator and also does private Mediations too. Her professional associations are: Law Society of Kenya, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya, Wasiliana Hub, Dispute Resolution Hub and a UN Volunteer.
