Enroll to Panel of Mediators

NCIA continuously enrolls mediators for listing on its Mediators’ Panel. Below are the steps followed in this process

 

Step 1: Download and fill  Form 1B: Mediator Panel Status Application Form

Step 2: Pay the application fee. Click here to download the fee schedule

Step 3: Attach all the relevant documents including a duly signed Declaration and Undertaking form. Click here to download the form

Step 4: Submit your Application to counsel@ncia.or.ke 

Step 5: The applicant will be notified after a decision is made by the NCIA Board of Directors.
