NCIA is a state corporation. Pursuant to Section 5 of the NCIA Act 2013, the Centre is mandated to provide Training and Accreditation for Mediators and Arbitrators and to educate the Public on Arbitration as well as other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

1. Apply for your training through  training.ncia.or.ke and make payment for your training through ncia.ecitizen.go.ke

2. Candidates seeking NCIA accreditation in Arbitration must complete Modules 1, 2 and 3.

3. Candidates seeking NCIA accreditation in Mediation must complete Modules 1.

4. On completion of every course, you’ll be awarded a certificate;

5. Costs are 16% VAT inclusive;
