Millicent Musanga Shitakha is the Centre’s Manager-Business Development. She oversees the Corporate Strategy, Capacity building, Communication & Marketing and Client Relations units.
Millicent is an accomplished Strategic Planning expert with nineteen (19) years of progressive experience having worked for various government agencies. She possesses a wealth of experience in a multiple of disciplines including Policy Development and Strategic Planning, Partnership Management, Strategic Research, Communication and Marketing, Capacity Building, Quality Management and Performance Management.
Millicent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA (Finance) both from the University of Nairobi. She is a Full Member of the Economists Society of Kenya. In addition, she has had professional development in International Commercial Arbitration, Product Development and Restructuring, Website Management, Leadership and Corporate Governance, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and Information Management System implementation amongst others.
