Peter. M. Muriithi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds
a Master of Laws(LLM) degree (International Trade & Investment
Laws) from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
degree from the University of Nairobi.
Peter. M. Muriithi, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a
Certified Professional Mediator (MTI) and an Accredited Court-Annexed Mediator of
over four years of experience. He is also a Patent Agent(KIPI), an author par excellence,
an accomplished Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (ADR) Writer & Publisher,
a Legal Researcher and a Legal Audit & Compliance Officer (KSL).
Currently, Peter M. Muriithi is a Partner at MPL Advocates-LLP, and is the Head Dispute
Resolution & IP Law Department.
