
Mr. Gordon Oduor
Gordon Oduor is a member of the Kenyan Bar. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from the University of Georgia (United States). He is also an Accredited Mediator. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators, a member of the International Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the ICC Kenya Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
Gordon’s work experience spans across the academia and legal practice, with a background of a multifaceted dispute resolution expertise (mediation/arbitration/litigation), in both the common law and civil law jurisdictions. He is a lecturer at Strathmore Law School, and a trainer for various organizations including: Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC), the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA), the Kenya School of Law, and the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC). His legal and international arbitration practice experience spans across Africa (Nairobi/Johannesburg), North America (New York), the Middle East (Abu Dhabi), and Western Europe (London), having practiced in all these jurisdictions.
